RentSmart.us (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides information and resources for landlords, property managers, and tenants, including links to third-party services such as RentPrep for tenant screening. We participate in the RentPrep Affiliate Program and may earn a commission when you use our affiliate links to purchase services.

2. No Direct Screening Services
RentSmart.us does not provide background checks, credit reports, eviction records, or any tenant screening services directly. All such services are provided by RentPrep or other third parties, subject to their terms and policies.

3. Third-Party Terms
When you click a link to RentPrep or any other third-party site, you are leaving our website. Your use of those services is governed by the third party’s terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, legality, or business practices.

4. No Liability for Screening Outcomes
RentSmart.us has no role in processing, storing, or reviewing screening reports. All disputes regarding screening results must be addressed directly with RentPrep or the applicable third party.

5. Affiliate Disclosure
We receive compensation when you make a purchase through our affiliate links. This does not increase your cost.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on RentSmart.us, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by RentSmart.us unless otherwise noted.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
